Max Cash IULs is a marketing name used by Michael Maness, licensed insurance producer (NPN 21767258). All insurance and annuity products and services are offered through Mackane Enterprises LLC, operated by Michael Maness. Products are issued by insurance companies, and product features, rates and availability vary by carrier and by state.

Guarantees are backed by the financial strength and claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company. Annuities and life insurance are not bank deposits and are not FDIC or NCUA insured.

3. SMS Terms of Service

Michael Maness (Mackane Enterprises LLC) sends text messages to people who opt in through the form on our website. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
